30-Day Returns

Every item may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds or store credit will be issued for the lower of the purchase price or current price, minus shipping costs, provided the items are returned unused, in their original condition, with undamaged packaging.

Defective Items

If an item arrives defective, submit a return within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will make it right with a replacement, a refund or store credit.

Missing or Damaged Items

Order discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Labels

You may request a return shipping label when you submit your return. Return labels do not include insurance; if you want your return insured, please arrange your own shipping.

Policy Abuse

Stricter rules may be applied to customers who repeatedly abuse these policies.
