The use of the website and services of Knockout Novelties, Inc. [hereafter referred to as "Provider"]
constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. Returns Policy
You agree to the terms of our Returns Policy.
2. Account Setup / Email on File
Orders are processed after receipt of all required account information, payment verification and the conclusion of all order and fraud screening processes. Providing false contact information may result in termination.
3. Use of Our Services
All services provided by Provider may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States apply. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of our services. Use of our services to infringe upon copyrighted or trademarked material is prohibited. Provider services and related equipment may be monitored for authorized use and security. Information may be recorded and used for authorized purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
4. Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for each order at checkout.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Provider reserves the right to cancel orders and accounts at any time. Violations of these Terms waive the refund policy.
6. Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend and hold Provider harmless from all liabilities, claims, losses, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising from services or products sold through Provider.
7. Arbitration
By using our services, you agree to binding arbitration. Disputes will be handled by an arbitrator selected by Provider. All decisions are final and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
8. Disclaimer
Provider is not responsible for damages. No warranties are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data, delays, wrong deliveries, or service interruptions.
9. Disclosure to Law Enforcement
Provider may disclose customer information to law enforcement without consent upon lawful request.
10. Changes to These Terms
Provider may revise these terms at any time without notice.
